Pricing policy
Wholesale pricing is available to businesses, non-profits and agencies. To receive wholesale pricing, you must have a Washington State business license (UBI) or a federal employer identification number (FEIN). A current Reseller Permit is necessary for tax-exempt sales. Other customers pay retail prices. Our price lists include the species and sizes we always carry, but we often have small quantities of other species, so please inquire.
Our website includes the species descriptions and species selection guide sections of our catalog. You may also view or print the catalog as a pdf. Prices are not included in the catalog, so please check out our price list as well (see above).

Bid requests
If you already have a list of the plants you are looking for, fax or e-mail it to us. Please indicate when you will need the plants and whether substitutions for species or sizes will be considered. You may print out our plant bid request form from a pdf file.
We will provide you with a bid for the items requested. Once you receive our bid, let us know which items you would like to order.
Placing an order
When you decide what you want, fax, e-mail, or call us with your order and we will send you an order confirmation. Once your order is finalized, we will hold the plants for you until the time of pickup/delivery. A restocking fee will be charged for orders cancelled or delayed five days or less in advance of the sale. Please see terms and conditions for more details.
Ordering live stakes and cuttings
We custom collect live stakes and other cuttings for each order and require at least seven days advance notice to harvest the material. We require the live stakes portion of an order to be a minimum of $25.00. Large orders may require more advance notice and small orders may be done more quickly. Advance orders
We take orders up to six months in advance of sale without deposit.
Pick ups
There are no charges for pick ups. Pick ups are by appointment only to ensure that our nursery crew will be available to load your order. If you need directions for your scheduled pick up, please contact us.
If you will be traveling more than 35 mph after picking up the plants, please make sure you have a way to protect the plants from wind damage. A van or covered pick up truck are a good way to go.
Deliveries
We charge for deliveries at a rate sufficient only to cover our costs: $1.75 per mile, one-way from the nursery to the drop-off site, with a $25 minimum. For orders large enough to require a rental truck, an additional fee applies. Please contact us for more details. We do not ship plants outside the western Washington/northwest Oregon region.
